Agency: Trix Rosen Photography Ltd. was hired by CRCG to provide HABS Level 3 Photography Documentation of the Essex County State Penitentiary. The documentation was commissioned for the Library of Congress and State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) before the 32 acre site demolition by K. Hovnanian Companies.
